A specially trained core of professionals devoted to forging elite fitness. 

CrossFit Cadre will challenge a person physically as well as mentally, providing the needed tools to accomplish any task, obstacle or goal that one may face in life. Our goal is to provide a training environment that is non-threatening, educational, challenging and most of all, FUN. With our state-of-the-art facility, Cadre provides the Akron/Cleveland region one of the largest boxes in the country.

We will provide the most effective form of functional training, through our blinding passion and commitment to excellence. CrossFit Cadre offers elite personal training and conditioning services utilizing CrossFit principles and methods. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of age, gender, or ability. This program is also the principle strength & conditioning program for many special operations units, law enforcement organizations, fire services, and hundreds of elite athletes worldwide. Besides these elite groups, it is also helping everyday athletes, just like YOU.

Can I Do It?

If you’re coming up short in your current training you really should give CrossFit Cadre a try. You’ll find that it is what you’re missing. CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and mixed martial artists one month removed from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.

The fitness needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not by kind.
