50 plate ground to overhead 45/35#

40 burpee onto the plate

30 wall squat plate passes (Perform a wall squat beside your partner. Partner 1 must touch the wall with the plate, hand it to their partner who will touch the wall with it and pass it back. Once partner 1 touches the wall again they have completed a rep and have begun their second rep.)
