Dumbbell Tabata Chipper:

For time on a tabata timer:

80 dumbbell snatches 50/35#

50m overhead walking lunge (25 meter per arm)

60 dumbbell power clean

50m double arm overhead walking lunge (hold like you would if you were using a plate)

40 single arm dumbbell thruster (try to keep it even between the arms)

50m goblet lunge

20 dumbbell overhead squat (try to keep it even between the arms)

*Wear that weight vest if you think this looks too easy.
