Power Snatch Day:

15 minutes working the Burgener warmup starting with a pvc pipe and work up to a barbell. Stretch between cycles of the warmup (shoot demo video) Be relentless on positioning and technique!


WOD:

18 minutes alternating OTM:
3 hang power snatch
3 low hang power snatch

3 power snatch

*You may ascend in weight as you go. The focus should be on speed and technique more so than heavy loading.
