In teams of 3:
2 rounds for time:
800m barbell carry 95/65# (back rack)
200m overhead walking lunge
100 burpee over barbell
*Split work as desired, must run together. Please DO NOT drop your barbells! Please lower them to the ground, the 10’s and 15’s will break if the bar is repeatedly dropped. The barbell must be carried by one person at a time.
