(In this workout you must hold a kettlebell off the ground for the duration of the two 6 minute AMRAPS. The weight on the kettlebell is 53/35# if you have a mixed gender team then the 53# kettlebell will be prescribed. You may switch work with your partner whenever you choose on the two 6 minute AMRAPS.)
