Partner A rows 500m Partner B does AMRAP squat snatch (115/75) until A is done. Switch and repeat. (score is reps of squat snatch) (Each person only rows and snatches once)

Partner A rows 500m Partner B does AMRAP (115/75) Back squats from floor until A returns. Switch and repeat. Again, each person only rows once and squats once. Each back squat = 1 pt

Partner A rows 500m Partner B does AMRAP of Deadlifts (115/75) Switch and repeat.

Partner A 500m Partner B does AMRAP Burpees Switch and repeat. 5 burpees= 1 pt

If above is completed in less than 26 minutes, start over and continute until 26 minute cap.
