Teams of 2

  • Run 400m
  • 40 Wallballs 20/14
  • 30 Ab-Mat sit-ups
  • 20 Power Cleans 115/75
  • 10--50' Plate pushes
  • 20 S2OH 115/75
  • 30 Pull-ups
  • 40 KB Swings 55/35
  • Run 400m

One Partner starts at the bottom and works there way up and the other works there way down. You should start and finish the workout with running the 400m with your partner. Each person does all the reps.
