Warm up: GW#10 Strength:

  • 1 Push Press every 90 sec for 10 rounds @ 85-90%
  • After strength 30 Overhead presses with bands

WOD:

5 Rounds

  • Row 250m
  • 15 Burpees to plate
  • 20 Russian Twists with plate
  • 50' walking lunge with plate overhead (25' down 25' back)
