  • 30' Handstand Walk
  • 1 MIN Plank (Add Weight if needed)**** Plates
  1. *Recover before starting Each Movement
  2. * Full recovery Before Starting tire flips (they should be all out)
  3. * Modifications for HS Walk (Partner assisted making sure to stay tight feet pointed tight mid section, HS Hold with Proper HS Position 30-40 SEC, Scale barbell or Dumbbell Hold or Press)
