  • 5x6 (Each Leg)--Bulgarian Split Squats hold Kettle bells or Dumbbells

WOD:

7 Rounds

  • Row 250m or Run 200m (Weather Permitting)
  • 6 Front Squats
  • 4 S2OH

(Choose Weight you can connect the Front Squats into the S2OH...Should be challenging)
