  • Hamstring Floss/Stretch---2 MINS Each Leg

Skill/Strength:

  • Back Squat 5x5 @ Tempo 5-5-0 (Choose weight that you are put in good position and not fail

WOD:

  • Thruster 95/65

1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10

  • T2B
