  • Mid Thoracic mobility with lacrosse ball or double lacrosse ball 4-5 MINS

Skill/Strength:

  • 1 Snatch Complex-- 1 High hang power snatch --> 1 Hang squat snatch EMOM for 10 Rounds (Work Form- work speed)

WOD:

  • Row 1k
  • 100 DU
  • 30 Squat snatches 95/65
  • Row 500m
  • 50 DU
  • 15 Squat snatches
