Warm up: GW#3 Skill/Strength:

  • Sumo Deadlifts 8x2 working up to 80-85% of 1RM for the last 2 Sets (Drop weight from top and reset for the dead lift pull)

WOD:

4 Rounds

  • Run 400m
  • 6 Dead lifts @ 60-65% of 1 RM Deadlift
  • 12 Box Jumps 24/20
  • 18 HR Push ups
