Teams of 2

  • 60 Burpees to plate Alternating
  • 50 Ground to Overhead with plate 45/25 (Split reps)
  • 40 Air Squats Split reps (partner must hold weight overhead while other is doing air squats
  • 30 HR Push ups (each person)
  • 20 Lunges with plate 45/25 (20 each person
  • 10 Wall climbs (5 each person
  • 20 lunges
  • 30 HR push ups
  • 40 Air squats with partner plate hold
  • 50 Ground to overhead
  • 60 Burpees to plate

1 plate for the team
