Warm Up: TC Skill/Strength:

  • Front Squat 5x5 @ 70-75% of 1RM---AMRAP Last set no more then 10 REPS

WOD:

  • 50 Burpees (4 MIN CAP)

rest 5 MINS

  • 50 Burpees ( 4 MIN CAP)

rest 5 MINS

  • 50 Burpees (4 MIN CAP)

Maintain same time for burpees

This is done on running clock 1st 50 burpees if you finish before 4 mins of that round you get extra rest.
