  • 60 HR Push ups (work @ same time)
  • 50 plate ground to overhead 45/25 --1 Plate
  • 40 Alternating Box Jumps 30/24
  • 30 pistols ---You can use your partner for assistance
  • 20 lunges each person with plate 45/25
  • 10 Rope Climbs alternating
