Teams of 2

  • 1 Team Member Rows 500m while partner does 100 DU then Switch 500m and 100 DU

Then

  • 50 AB-MAT Sit-ups with med Ball 20/14
  • 40 Walking lunges (Each person)
  • 30 Burpees (split reps)
  • 20 Strict pull-ups (Split reps)
  • 10 Wall climbs (Split Reps)
