  • 50 Front Squats 95/65
  • 50 Thrusters 95/65

...Each Person must do 3 burpees on the top of every min. Meaning the work out starts with 3 burpees.

Post WOD:

400' Plate push (100' down 100'back)...200' per person----NO Burpees
