  • 200 Wallballs 20/14 (1 Wallball)
  • 100 Plate Ground to Overhead 45/25 ( 2 Plate At once)
  • 75 Box Jumps 24/20 Alternating
  • 100 Plate Ground to Overhead
  • 200 Wallballs
  • 300 DU

One person is always rowing 25 Cal and then Switching out

If you finish before 20 MINs is up your team does MAX Burpees to Plate
