For time:

  • Run 400 
  • 50 KB Swings (Each so 100 Total) 55/35----1 KB for the team
  • 40 Burpees to 45# plate (20 Each person)
  • 30 WallBalls 20/14 --10/12" (15 Each person) ----1 Wallball
  • 20 HSPU (HS into your partner and they hold your legs) 10 each person or 20 SEC Hold
  • 100 DU Each
  • 20 HSPU
  • 30 wallballs
