Teams of 2

FOR TIME:

  • 60 Wallballs 20/14 (you and your partner split reps anyway)
  • 60 Pull-ups (pull-ups can be done same time)
  • 60 box Hops 24/20 (alternating box hops)
  • 60 HR Push ups (can Work Same time)
  • 16-50'Plate pushes (One partner pushes 50' the other pushes it back for 16 reps)
  • 80 CAL Row (20 CALS at a time,switch every 20 CAL) While one partner rows the other is doing AB MAT Med ball Sit-ups 20/14)
