Teams of 3

For time:

  • 75 Back squats 95/65
  • 60 Push press
  • 30 Bar overs with partners holding the bar
  • 50 Pull ups
  • 60 Burpees
  • 50 Pull ups
  • 30 Bar overs
  • 60 Push press
  • 75 Back squats

If the bar touches the ground it is a 5 push up penalty each person each time.
