Warm up: TC WOD:

Teams of 2

For time

  • 30 Pull-ups
  • 50 Shoulder to overhead 95/65 ( Pass bar back and forth if the bar touches the ground before reps are over 5 burpees for each time bar goes to the ground)
  • 150 Air squats
  • 400' walking lunge with palte overhead 45/25 (25 Feet down and back 8 times switch after each one)
  • 150 AB Mat situps
  • 50 Front squats 95/65 (Same rules apply from the shoulder to overhead)
  • 30 Pull-ups
