  • Power Snatch 75/55

1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10

  • Step Up with bar in front rack position or back-squat position on 20 Inch box.

Descend in power snatch 10 power snatches one step up, 9 power snatches 2 step ups and so on...
