Teams of 2

For time:

  • 75 Push Press 95/65
  • 100 AB Mat situps
  • 75 Dead lifts 185/135
  • 100 Push ups

While on person works on completing the reps one person runs a 200m when the partner returns they then chip away at the reps and the other runs.

After completion of that you and your partner have 50 Box Jumps (24/20) alternating jumps.
