Warm up:TC WOD:

Teams of 3

For time:

  • 100 Deadlifts 185/135 ( as a team)
  • 100 Bar overs.( Two people hold bar while one partner jumps over)

then

  • run 800m

then complete in order splitting the reps

  • 100 push press 95/65 ( bar cant be set down during partner/bar transfer if it drops 10 burpee penalty for each drop)
  • 100 sit ups
  • 100 Wallballs 20/14
