  • 50 feet of burpee broad jumps
  • 20 pull ups
  • 50 feet of burpee  broad jumps
  • 30 shoulder to overhead 115/75
  • 50 feet burpee broad jumps
  • 10 pull ups
  • 50 feet burpee broad jumps

finish with 60 CAL row switching every 15 CAL.

Reps can be split up between partners both people do the burpee broad jumps.
