FOR TIME:

Row 200

  • 50 dead lifts 185/135
  • 100 HR Push-ups
  • 150 DU (x3 for singles)

Then

Run 200

  • 50 Thruster 95/65 ( scale weight f needed)
  • 100 AB MAT sit-ups
  • 50 Pull-ups

Here is how it works. 1 person rows/runs while the other person chips away at the movements and reps. Once the person finishes the row or the run that person takes over on the movement and the other goes to rowing or running until complete.
