Warm up:TC WOD:

Teams of 2

For time:

  • 400' Bear crawl 50 feet down and back on person at a time (400 feet for the team)
  • 80 DU Work Same Time
  • 60 Wallballs 20/14
  • 40 T2B
  • 20 Box Jumps 30/24 Alternating Every jump
  • 40 Plate get ups and hand plate to your partner 45/25
  • 60 burpees jumping up to a 45# plate alternating burpees
  • 80 DU
  • Row 1500m (split anyway)

For wallballs,T2B each partner does ten reps @ a time
