WOD: Team of 2 complete for time:

  • 60 DU
  • 50 Burpee jump over partner
  • 40 walking lunges with 45/25# plate
  • 30 T2B
  • 20 Ring Dips
  • 10 HSPU with partner assist (10 for each person) or 1 min HS Hold
  • 20 Ring Dips
  • 30 K2B
  • 40 Walking lunges 45/25# plate
  • 50 Box Jumps 24/20
  • 60 pull-ups

The reps can be split, one person works at a time except on the burpees. Each person does 10 HSPU.
