- 45 sec plank hold between rope climb sets
Use 2" rope for challege
- Sumo deadlift (315/225)
- 30 Du (90 singles) RX: UNBROKEN after each set of Sumo Deadlifts.. IF not unbroken start over this can be done with the single skips too.
