Warm up:TC Skill/strength:

  • 6x1 rope climbs
  • 45 sec plank hold between rope climb sets

Use 2" rope for challege

WOD:

9-6-3

  • Sumo deadlift (315/225)
  • 30 Du (90 singles) RX: UNBROKEN after each set of Sumo Deadlifts.. IF not unbroken start over this can be done with the single skips too.
