Warm Up: TC Skill/strength:

  • Hang clean/Hang squat clean mechanics
  • 8x1 hang squat then 2 Front squats (Ascending in weight)

 

WOD:

4 Rounds

  • 15 Box Overs 24/20 (You can either jump completely over the box or jump on top then over.)
  • 12 Goblet squats 55/35
  • 100' Bear crawl
