  • Run 400 with MED BALL 20/14
  • 50 Med Ball throws across gym to partner..after toss you must do a burpee
  • 50 partner wall balls 20/14
  • 50 pull ups NO BANDS your partner is your band
  • 50 Med ball sit ups 20/14
  • 50 Med ball push ups ( push up on the Med ball
  • Run 400 with med ball
