Teams of 2 have 19 min to complete:

  • 64 burpees
  • 64 AB Mat sit-ups
  • 64 wall balls 20/14
  • 64 HR push ups
  • 64 box jumps 24/20
  • 64 pull ups
  • 64 deadlifts 155/105
  • 64 calorie row

You and your partner may work at the same time on exercises until completing the 64 reps. However, each team may use only one rower. Thus, you must take turns while rowing your 64 calories.
