Warm up: 2 rounds
- 15 lunges
- 50 single skips (25 on right leg, 25 on left leg)
- 10 push ups

- 15 Lunges
Skill: Strict press 6x2 @ 80-85%

When doing the burpees you must jump and touch a target with both hands 6 inches above your hands reaching up.
When doing this work out you will be judged so have a partner they will count your reps and watch you touch the bar, rings, or target. If you miss with either hand or do not complete the burpee properly your partner will no rep you. When you are done switch and judge them. This is burpees all out for 7 mins get after it.
