As a team of 2 you must complete
- 150 DU
- 100 Sit ups
- 50 KB swings 55/35
- 25 box hops 24/20
Only one partner can work at a time. The other partner must hold the barbell off the ground with 155/115. The barbell must be off the ground to start chipping away at your work out. If you drop the weight then you stop with the movement.
