WOD: You and a partner work together. To complete:

10 min AMRAP

  • One partner does front squats with (95/65) while the other runs 200 meters. Once done with the run switch and do the front squats. Keep track of reps.

Rest 3 mins

  • Work together to complete for time:
  • 40 hang cleans (95/65)
  • 60 Med-ball sit-ups, back and forth with partner (20/14)
  • 40 Dips
  • Run 800 meters
