Monday 112618: Our First Blog Post!

Hello Cadre Community!

Coach Kara here, and I am excited to announce that I will be doing a daily blog to share inspiring stories, awesome shout outs, important dates and events, helpful resources, epic knowledge bombs, and anything else that will hopefully add value to your health, fitness, and quality of life!

For those of you who don’t know me yet (mostly the evening crew, since I only coach early mornings), I’m from Benicia, CA. My husband grew up in Hudson, OH, and we moved here last October 2017 for a better quality of life for our growing family. When we lived in CA, we owned a CrossFit gym for 7 years, and I have been doing CrossFit since 2009. Coaching and teaching have always been my passion, and I’ve been doing this for over 20 years. I hope to share as much as possible with all of you, and give y’all a gold nugget of knowledge, confidence, and progress.
