Cadre CommUNITY "MEAT" and Greet With a side of Taste of Hudson!!!!

Summer is winding down and we're all getting back into the fall routine. Suffice it to say, the "silver lining" during this season change is our continued community growth! Historically, we've hosted an end of Summer pig roast at Cadre. This year we're hosting an "off campus" (weather permitting) gathering. Saturday, August 30th, (Labor Day Weekend) Cadre is hosting our end of Summer commUNITY "Meat" and Greet. As you may have surmised, MEAT is the theme. We have access to multiple smokers and plan on putting them to good use. The festivities begin at 1400 (2p.m.) at the warm and friendly Charelbois house on 2930 Silver Lake Blvd. Silver Lake, 44224.  Please come with bathing suits, comfortable clothes and a side dish to share. Two beach pods have been rented for our convenience. We will have access to paddle/row boats and of coursethe beach. We'll utilize Cadre as a back up plan should the weather misbehave.

We will post a sign up list on the board at Cadre. The reason is two-fold:  1) To get an accurate count of how many mouths we need to feed. 2) To coordinate what everyone is bringing. This is a family friendly gathering so bring 'em. Heck! Bring friends too!

The festivities continue throughout the weekend Sunday and Monday in downtown Hudson. The annual Taste of Hudson kicks off Sunday morning and continues through Labor Day. CrossFit Cadre will staff a tent and answer questions. Feel free to stop and brag to passers-by. We may even have you demo movements to Joe public! Hope to see you at both venues!!! It's going to be fun!!!!!!

Feel free to ask any of the staff questions or email
