60-minute functional fitness group session encompassing warm up, mobility, skill/strength, and a WOD (workout of Day). The workouts are tailored to every fitness level from beginner to elite. Our experienced trainers will watchfully guide you through the entire class.

Olympic Weightlifting is a 60-minute session focused on improving the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. This small group setting allows our coaches to provide cues for progression and technique improvement.

Cadre RIIPT (Resistance Interval/Isolation Performance Training) is a 60-minute class utilizing high intensity interval/isolation training. A potent combination of metabolic conditioning, functional movement patterns, and unique selection of equipment that will maximize your results!
