60-minute functional fitness group session encompassing warm up, mobility, skill/strength, and a WOD (workout of Day). The workouts are tailored to every fitness level from beginner to elite. Our experienced trainers will watchfully guide you through the entire class.

Open gym time allows athletes to get additional work outside our structured class setting. This setting affords athletes the perfect medium to work on weaknesses, hone and perfect technique.

Olympic Weightlifting is a 60-minute session focused on improving the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. This small group setting allows our coaches to provide cues for progression and technique improvement.

Cadre Fit (Functional Individualized Training) is an action-packed, 45 minute, full-body workout specifically for ladies! This Functional Individualized Training utilizes body-weight, interval and resistance exercises to maximize your workout experience. Couple that with a motivational and non-threatening atmosphere and you’re in a position to get the results you need. Our knowledgeable female coach will provide the watchful guidance to safely take you as far as you want to go!
Cadre RIIPT (Resistance Interval/Isolation Performance Training) is a 60-minute class utilizing high intensity interval/isolation training. A potent combination of resistance bands, select equipment and functional body-weight movements will maximize your results. Come experience a motivational workout without EVER touching a barbell.
