20 DU in between each set. So 21 ball slams 20 DU, 15 Ball slams 20 DU, 9 Ball Slams 20 DU. Then the second Set same thing.


Cadre Kids Hiatus

Wow! What a great 10 weeks we had with the kids from Fishcreek and the “OG” kids from Cadre! We’re re-loading for the Summer and need a week to catch our breath:) Just for this week we will not hold Cadre Kids sessions on Tuesday or Thursday. We apologize for the inconvenience. We take the quality of our programs seriously and want only the best for your aspiring fire-breathers. See you Tuesday night of May 7th at 1830.

  • 30 Sit-ups with Wall Ball 20/14

After rounds are complete All Members run 400m carrying bumper plate 45/25

  • 5 reps @ 70%
  • AMRAP 75-80%

Then work backdown through the sets.
