Today is a hero workout for the people who didn’t do the “HAMMY” workout yesterday or if you are feeling good here is another workout for you to push through.

  • 15 KB Swings 55/35
  • 15 Power Cleans 95/65
  • 15 Box Hops 24/20

5/26..Partner WOD

As a team of 2 you must complete

  • 150 DU
  • 100 Sit ups
  • 50 KB swings 55/35
  • 25 box hops 24/20

Only one partner can work at a time. The other partner must hold the barbell off the ground with 155/115. The barbell must be off the ground to start chipping away at your work out. If you drop the weight then you stop with the movement.
